We use your data solely to provide the service: generating content, publishing to your connected platforms, billing, support and improving the product. We do not sell your data.
To operate, the service uses: Lemon Squeezy (payments), the Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and TikTok APIs (publishing), an AI provider for text generation, and our hosting provider. These partners process data only to deliver their respective function.
When you connect an account (including TikTok), we receive only the permissions needed to publish the content you approve. Tokens are stored securely and used strictly for posting. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's settings or by asking us to delete it. We comply with each platform's policies, including TikTok's.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal/tax obligations. On request, we delete your data within the limits allowed by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object regarding your personal data. To exercise your rights, write to contact@comiza.lighting.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously.
