comiza.lighting automatically generates and publishes social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, TikTok) using AI, based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the legal right to manage the social media accounts you connect.
The service is offered on a monthly subscription (from €39/month, Pro plan €79/month) with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You agree not to use the service for illegal, deceptive or infringing content. You warrant that you own or are authorized to use the content and accounts involved and that you comply with each platform's policies (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok).
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to generate and publish content on your behalf. AI-generated content may require your review before publishing.
We publish via social platform APIs, subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.
You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Refunds are granted per the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.
The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
